Exposure Time: 8s~12s (RGB Screen), 2.5-3s (Monochrome Screen)

Exposure Time of Bottom Layer:RGB Screen:60s~80 (Transparent resins15s~25s) Monochrome Screen:15s~25s(Transparent resin10s~12s)

Note

1. Due to the low ambient temperature in winter, the resin curing efficiency will decrease. It is recommended to increase the exposure time about 2-4 seconds and the bottom exposure time about 10-15 seconds in the recommended printing parameters.

2. When we use clear resin to print objects, we need to reduce the exposure time and adjust the angle of placement in case of the curing of additional parts.

Cleaning Way

Using ethyl alcohol

Method 1: If you have a spray bottle and ethyl alcohol with a concentration >95%, you are suggested to apply spray washing. Wash the surface of resin model by spraying ethyl alcohol and dry the model later. Repeat the operation till the residual resin is removed from the model. At the end, dry the model.

Method 2: If you have ultrasonic cleaners, place the model in the basin of the cleaner filled with ethyl alcohol for 2~3 minute vibration cleaning. Then dry the model with cold wind. If the model doesn’t clean enough, repeat the above steps till the residual resin is removed from the model. Later, dry the printed objects with cold wind.

Post Curing

After being cleaned via a brush, the resin model is dried. Make sure there is no residual water or residual resin before the post curing. The curing time is proportional to the volume of the model and inversely proportional to the optical power of the curing box.

E.G.: In a 100W LED curing box, the model should be immersed in the water for a 20-minute curing. Take the model out of the basin and then dry the model to 100% with cold wind. Note: If your model is hollow, you must make the inner surfaces have been exposed to the UV light too and have finished the post curing.

Note: If your model is hollow, you must make the inner surfaces have been exposed to the UV light too and have finished the post curing.

Tips for Cleaning and the Post Curing:

1. Commonly used air drying tools are hair dryer, air gun, etc. Thegreater the wind, the better the effect. No matter what kind of tools we use, the wind must be cold.

2. During the post curing, the model must be immersed in the water to increase the evenness and prevent the thermal deformation in the curing process.

3. Before the post curing, make sure the model is clean and 100% dry because the residual water and resin after the cleaning may cause crack or white spot.

4. Do not soak the model in ethyl alcohol for a long time, otherwise it may cause the model to become soft or even break.

5. The standard resin is mainly cleaned via water, and it also can be washed via ethyl alcohol. Whatever method you use, the residual water and resin on the surface of the model must be removed.

6. The cleaning standard of model: the surface of the resin model doesn’ t give you a sticky sense. The cold-wind-dried model doesn’t have white spot on its surface.

7. Even when using an ultrasonic cleaner for cleaning, you are recommended to use a brush to assist in cleaning the cracks in the model.

8. Resin models are not dry and prone to cracking, softening and deformation, especially the model printed by the water-washable resin. We need to store the finished printed objects in a low humidity environment. It is suggested to protect the model with gloss oil so as to preserve it for a long time.

9. If your model is hollow, you must check the data of the model in case of any isolation layers, hollow missing, etc. If the model doesn’t have the mentioned abnormal data, we clean the inner and outer surfaces of the model to remove the residual resin totally and then we start the post curing. We should pay more attention to the post curing of the inner surfaces of the model to make sure the inner surfaces and outer surfacesof model are exposed to the UV light and dried thoroughly.

10. The finished printed objects should be removed from the platform as soon as possible to avoid that the model is stuck too tightly and can hardly get removed or easily get broken.
