Printing Recommend Setting

Exposure Time:8-12s (RGB Screen), 2.5-3s (Monochrome Screen)

Exposure Time of Bottom Layer: 60-80s ((RGB Screen), 20-40s (Monochrome Screen)

Lifting Distance: 5-8mm

Lifting Speed: 100-200mm/min

Note

1. Due to the low ambient temperature in winter, the resin curing efficiency will decrease. It is recommended to increase the exposure time about 2-4 seconds and the bottom exposure time about 10-15 secondsin the recommended printing parameters.

2. When we use clear resin to print objects, we need to reduce the exposure time and adjust the angle of placement in case of the curing of additional parts.

Cleaning Way

using water

Method 1: Being washed in the running cold water, the printed objectcan easily hide resin residual in the slot. So the brush is needed to clean the residual on the surface of the printed object after 3-minute cleaning under water. Then we have to dry the surface of the model.

Method 2: Clean the model in the water-filled vessel. Firstly, place the model in the water, shake to remove the residual resin for about 60s. Similarly, you can use soft brush to clean the residual in the slot of the resin. Replace the water in the vessel and then wash the model , and this process is to repeat for about three times till the model surface is clean enough. At this time, dry the model.

Method 3: Via the ultrasonic cleaners. The ultrasonic cleaner can automatically shake the resin but the water in the basin of ultrasonic cleaner is not flowing water so we need to replace the water for 3 times and in every time of water replacing, the model should be washed for about 2-3 minutes. When the model surface is clean enough, dry the model.

Using ethyl alcohol

Method 1: If you have a spray bottle and ethyl alcohol with a concentration >95%, you are suggested to apply spray washing. Wash the surface of resin model by spraying ethyl alcohol and dry the model later. Repeat the operation till the residual resin is removed from the model. At the end, dry the model.

Method 2: If you have ultrasonic cleaners, place the model in the basin of the cleaner filled with ethyl alcohol for 2~3 minute vibration cleaning. Then dry the model with cold wind. If the model doesn’t clean enough, repeat the above steps till the residual resin is removed from the model. Later, dry the printed objects with cold wind.

Post Curing

After being cleaned via a brush, the resin model is dried. Make sure there is no residual water or residual resin before the post curing. The curing time is proportional to the volume of the model and inverselyproportional to the optical power of the curing box.

E.G.: In a 100W LED curing box, the model should be immersed in the water for a 20-minute curing. Take the model out of the basin and then dry the model to 100% with cold wind. Note: If your model is hollow, you must make the inner surfaces have been exposed to the UV light too and have finished the post curing.

Tips for cleaning and the post curing:

1. Commonly used air drying tools are hair dryer, air gun, etc. The greater the wind, the better the effect. No matter what kind of tools we use, the wind must be cold.

2. During the post curing, the model must be immersed in the water to increase the evenness and prevent the thermal deformation in the curing process.

3. Before the post curing, make sure the model is clean and 100% dry because the residual water and resin after the cleaning may cause crack or white spot.

4. Do not soak the model in ethyl alcohol for a long time, otherwise it may cause the model to become soft or even break.

5. The water-washable resin is mainly cleaned via water, and it also can be washed via ethyl alcohol. Whatever method you use, the residual water and resin on the surface of the model must be removed.

6. The cleaning standard of model: the surface of the resin model doesn’ t give you a sticky sense. The cold-wind-dried model doesn’t have white spot on its surface.

7. We don’t suggest you to wash the model by simultaneously using water and ethyl alcohol. If you insist use two solvents, dry the surface of the model and wash the model via other solvents.

8. Resin models are not dry and prone to cracking, softening anddeformation, especially the model printed by the water-washable resin. We need to store the finished printed objects in a low humidity environment. It is suggested to protect the model with gloss oil so as to preserve it for a long time.

9. If your model is hollow, you must check the data of the model in case of any isolation layers, hollow missing, etc. If the model doesn’t have the mentioned abnormal data, we clean the inner and outer surfaces of the model to remove the residual resin totally and then we start the post curing. We should pay more attention to the post curing of the inner surfaces of the model to make sure the inner surfaces and outer surfaces of model are exposed to the UV light and dried thoroughly.

10. The finished printed objects should be removed from the platform as soon as possible to avoid that the model is stuck too tightly and can hardly get removed or easily get broken.

Storage Suggestion

1. Place this product to the cool indoor place and avoid direct sunlight or getting close to the heating light source for a long time.

2. Stay away from organic solvents, such as alcohol, kerosene, edible oil, etc.

3. Storage humidity is recommended at 30%-60%RH, and the model can be stored in the cabinet to prevent the brittleness caused by the alternation of dry and humidity.

4. If the conditions permit, the model should be stored at 10-40℃. If stored in the environment with too low temperature, the model can be brittle; on the contrary, the model may get some cracks.

Warning

1.The material should not be in contact with eyes, skin or clothing, nor should it be tasted or eaten.

2. Keep the resin out of the reach of infants and children, away frompregnant women.

3. If your eyes or skin touch the resin directly, please flush immediately with water for about 20 minutes and seek medical advice if necessary.

4.Please pay attention to air circulation and take protective measures when you use resin. 5. The product is liquid and has a slight odor. Mask and gloves are recommended.

6. This product shall be stored in a sealed container. After using, you should filter and then pour the resin into the bottle. Keep the product in a dry and ventilated place and do not expose it to sunlight.

7. Shake well before using and wait for 30minutes to eliminate bubbles created during shaking.

8. It is recommended to print at an ambient temperature of 25-30℃. If you are in a low temperature environment, please increase the exposure time appropriately and avoid direct light on the printer in the printing process.

9. Dispose of waste in accordance with local environmental regulations.

10. Storage Environment: Please store in a cool (the recommended temperature is 25-30℃) and dry place and void direct sunlight.
